Support KSA Country CFO in achievement of KSA financial objectives and increasing the maturity of the financial and organizational processes in KSA country office.
Job Description
Be responsible for the preparation of financial data, analysis, reports, presentations, etc. as required by Country CFO and CEO to support oversight of company activities in KSA
Participate as the finance representative in various working committees as nominated by the Country CFO
Implementation and management of internal control policies in KSA country office and SSS. Act as the BPO of INCOME framework for finance and governance related processes in KSA country office. Provide support to the CFO in IC campaign at the country level.
Support Country CFO in the completion of the ERM exercise at KSA country level including interaction and follow up with all relevant stakeholders.
Interact with the entities on implementation of the treasury processes as per group guidelines, placement of parent company guarantees, etc. in coordination with the risk office / AIFA.
Support in implementing group processes / tools at KSA corporate as well as the entities level (GET etc.)
Be responsible for the financial management of KSA country office and Saudi Suez Services (SSS) with the required support of Dubai finance and treasury team including accounting, closing, reporting, invoicing, receipts/payments, treasury, external audit, etc. Ensure adherence to the group financial policies and procedures.
Lead the budget exercise of KSA country office and SSS and interact with the function heads and GBUs management to align the costs allocation
Coordinate with the tax consultant and AMEA tax team for tax filings and assessments for KSA country office and SSS.
Identify and propose potential synergies between the GBUs in KSA such as shared support services and support Country CFO in implementing the same along with the GBUs management team
Provide the required support to GBU-R related to finance activities during the initial phase of the new development projects
Participate / support the Country CFO in any specific projects, initiatives, assignments, processes, etc. at KSA country level as assigned from time to time
In the absence of Country CFO, act as the focal point of contact on finance matters for the internal and external stakeholders, attend the various weekly meetings, etc.
Qualifications
CA / ACCA / CPA.
Experience
Working experience of at least 10 years.
Language
Excellent command over English. Arabic would be a plus.
Specific Knowledge / Skills
Solid bases in project finance, accountancy and reporting. Good notion of company tax laws.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and reporting capability.
Ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines
Self-directing, ability to coordinate and direct others. Hands on.
