Ensuring successful implementation of SAP projects at Y4 and J3B in Saudi Arabia. The two SAP implementation projects are currently at 45% of completion. Once the implementation is completed, work as a single point of contact (SPOC) for SAP support at Y4 and J3B.
The role is also responsible as SAP Coordinator for coordination between SAP SPOCs of entities in KSA and SAP support partner for ensuring provision of reliable and timely technical support services under the annual support contract.
Job Responsibilities
Implementation:
Work as project manager for SAP implementation projects, manage change, costs, timescales, risks and adherence to scope.
Implement governance framework for centralized SAP environment of KSA, based on a multi-tenant architecture, running a central HEC hosting platform.
Ensure compliance to the company's rules and any local regulatory requirements, both for greenfield and upgrade projects.
Implement and monitor KPIs for performance monitoring of SAP support contracts, both for HEC and application support.
Provide close coordination with local SAP SPOCs of entities and SAP support partner for timely resolution of issues and incidents.
Coordinate with local SAP SPOCs, accounts teams and SAP partner for timely payments and charge back process.
Plan and execute technical upgrades ensuring minimal downtime and optimal use of resources.
Monitoring and capacity planning of HEC infrastructure resources. Perform regular health checks and take timely remediation actions.
Monitoring and reporting compliance of SAP licensing.
Coordinate with key stakeholders for development and deployment of S4 HANA roadmap of KSA.
After Implementation:
Act as the single point of contact for end user support of SAP at Y4 and J3B.
Manage SAP incidents lifecycle, from creation to closure, in coordination with stakeholders.
Prioritise and escalate SAP incidents in coordination with business for timely resolution.
Coordinate with SAP support partner to develop, enhance, and maintain training materials and exercises tailored to the assigned capability area.
Arrange training and coaching sessions to end users.
Collaborate with other SPOCs in KSA to ensure incident management in a cohesive manner.
Qualifications and Work Experience
Bachelor degree from a recognised university, preferably in computer science, software engineering or information technology.
5+ years of proven work experience in managing SAP S4 implementation projects in a similar industrial organization
Good understanding and experience of SAP Activate methodologies.
Knowledge and experience of implementing and maintaining SAP modules, preferably FICO, MM, PM, WCM and HCM.
